Yay! Congrats for getting back on the wagon! Great tip on the leaning push ups... I haven't tried those. I usually do the "girl-style" pushups, on my knees.
Question for you about the exercise/weight loss thing... how long did it take for you to see an actual weight loss after you started working out? I can tell I'm getting less flabby and more muscular, but my weight has only gone down 4lbs (if even that) since I started exercising and eating right a month ago. It's so frustrating to be working my butt off and not seeing any change in the scale.

I emailed a longer version to you, but in a nutshell, it takes a long while. It seems like your body is fighting tooth and nail to hang onto that fat and that weight. First you'll see some muscle tone, then clothes get loose, then when you've almost given up entirely but keep trudging along you start to see the weight go down. If you can hang in there long enough, once things start moving it happens really fast. I think it took about 4 weeks before I actually lost weight.
