I am not going to say that those Memos are fake. But, it sure is suspicious for them to be destroyed.

Real or fake, the truth will come out - but the fact remains that it was an act of colossal stupidity to shred them ...

And, yes - shredders are cheap ... at my house, anything with an address or account# on it goes through one ...
