I love how it worked out (or you worked it so that) the color changes happen in the Marigold sock right after the ridge... very nice!
Those new socks look yummy! And good for you for knitting through your stash! I don't think I'd last if they didn't have that sock yarn clause!

wow, you've been busy! i love the socks especially. it's so hard to find a good pattern that goes with self-striping yarn and you hit the mark on both!
the altered striped look great! it works perfectly! hopefully the garter stitch heel will hold up a bit better. i haven't seen charade in stripes, but i like it!!

I'm not making any resolutions either but I feel the need to clear out some of the personal yarn store; let's see how long that lasts!
I think no resolution is safer. Still, you managed to knit a lot from your stash. There's certainly doesn't seem to be much languishing. Beautiful FOs - all of them! It's so much fun to see what you'll be working on next.

as for stash guilt, etc., I now see my yarn an there's lots, as a one-of-a-kind collection and find it a tad sad to rip a skein from the assemblage, though of course I quickly get over that. But I'm in no rush to deplete the collection and get sweet pleasure each time I add to it.
