Looks like yet another last-second Hail Mary may have saved the Big Easy at the expense of Mississippi and Alabama.

Hopefully this potential near-miss will be taken seriously when it comes to New Orleans disaster prep and construction projects.

WDSU's reporter in the Superdome is reporting that at least one section of the Dome is leaking and getting worse.
According to the phone report, he couldn't see sky but they felt increasing rain falling on them and were planning to move to a more protected area around the concession stands.

I can't find a tide guage that has updated any later than 6:30am.
