Are talking about the Homeless Motor Homes? What would they use to carry their 'stuff' in without them?

The reason they are loose and roll around the lot is because people are too fucking fat and lazy to walk 10 or 20 steps to put them in the proper place. I don't blame the cart...I blame the lazy bastards and bitches who walk off and leave them.
