Of course Kathleen Savio was murdered... I don't think anyone is surprised by their conclusion. It's a shame someone fell down on the job years ago when the evidence was fresh. Given the amount of time that has passed, it's unlikely they'll be able to find evidence that points directly to Drew Peterson. Had someone done their job way back when, Stacy would still be alive. It's a tragedy.

They'll use Savio's murder to arrest Peterson for Tracy's disappearance. The noose is tightening on the bastard.

Excuse me, that should be 'Stacy'.

Can they do that? If so, that would be great!

I wonder how long until Drew Peterson flees

I think it can be safely assumed that this conclusion (so far) would not have been reached and that the investigation would not have got so far without the continued reporting and questioning from the On The Record team.

Absolutely unbelievable that at TV program can get more answers than a police force. I have to agree with Sheila - if someone did their job back then, Stacy would still be alive.

Now that they decided she was murdered, good luck finding enough evidence to convict Drew.

I think it will be the money aspect. He got about $3m all up.

I'm posting this here because I have no idea where else to post it. According to the timeline at acandyrose.com, phone records reflected three telephone calls from Stacy Peterson's phone to Drew Peterson's phone around 9pm on the date of her disappearance.
I decided to look for any breaks in the case today, and I came across that piece of information (though it seems pretty old). My question is was this phone call from the Stacy Peterson cell phone that Drew Peterson had access to the records of or the new cell phone she had set up with her sister (or had the records sent to her sister)?
Considering how old this topic is, I don't expect to get a response any time soon, I just wanted to share my thoughts before they drove me crazy.
