Clowns never used to frighten me....until now. I agree about John Gacy - except for the murder thing, they may as well be brothers. He claims he edits photos to "show at church" in a slideshow....yet the only edited photo named in the affidavit shows that it is 20% LARGER, no editing of nudeness. He's a sick bastard, and needs to be locked up forever. I did notice that his website is no longer accessible. Do you have a screen shot?

I hate clowns and this just scares me even more. I find it really odd when I grown man takes to children and offers to take care or help children and that is a very sad thing. I rather believe his intentions are to harm the kid than to help.

Nancy, that's not fair to the parents, at all; that's putting the blame on the victims, not the bastard who did the deed & abused their trust. I mean, the neighborhood I grew up in, no one thought twice about asking a neighbor to look after one's kids. And too, this was an orphanage in the Phillipines; you think they can afford pricey day care or paid sitters?

Your statement's innaccurate, too, in light of many of the cases of child abuse that have surfaced over the years in day care centers, even in the so-called "decent" ones.

If you think you know your neighbors well enough, you don't think of things like that -- most people have no reason to believe that their friendly neighbors are sick monsters. This guy was, what, an evangelical preacher? How many people are likely to think that a preacher -- one whom they see regularly & chat with & think they know fairly well -- is going to turn out to be such a monster? Look at the BTK guy; he was considered a pillar of his community, for crying out loud.

Such monsters are very adept at seeming. And hindsight is easy.

Give Nancy a break. One of the common M.O.'s of child molester/rapists and pedophiles is to befriend parents and then offer free babysitting or to take the kids on outings to give the parents a break.

Positively sickening. And let me just say this...I think that God frowns on pedophiles, and that is putting it mildly! BUt I am quite sure he has made special arrangments for someone who uses the cover of "preacher" to somehow perpetuate his dirty deeds!And this sicko preys on orphans no less, like they havent already been through enough. This man (and I hesitated to call him that!) doesnt deserve an ounce of forgiveness for harming those vulnerable poor children who looked to him for love and just a friendly smile so they could try to find something worth laughing about.He took advantage of their innocence and he makes me sick!!! I dont think the good Lord finds any humor in this clown whatsoever. And his poor wife, she must want to crawl under a rock somewhere! So many victims in this. I hope he has fun in the private little hell that will be his life very soon. And I hope the time passes slowly so he has a lot of time to think about what he has done.

While it might be seemed sexist or unfair, if you are a parent, unmarried or otherwise, you should ALWAYS be suspect of someone, ESPECIALLY a man, who offers to look after your kids for free. Why? Because nothing is free in this world except air and shit, and in some places they'll charge you for shit. It's the old "too good to be true" adage. And, frankly, I seriously doubt the people running the Phillipinne orphanage were THAT naive. It looked to me like he was basically giving them five bucks to go to the movies while he did his thing.

I think the orphanage administrator is also liable with the circumstances. Why are they allowing to let the stranger stay or do volunteer work in their orphanage without having some background check. The orphanage management should also be strict in accepting volunteers. Specially that they have so many visitors coming from other countries. I opened their website, the english version and I saw in the introduction of children, the put the full name of the children. Where is the human rights there? There are also pictures from their web that the children showering outside naked. Where is the houseparents when the time the clown molested the children. There is s negligence in the orphanage, I think!

I hope none of the people writing these blogs has ever needed to be forgiven. God's word says that a sin is a sin no matter if you lie, cheat, or steal. No one sin is greater or lesser than another. In God's book sin is measured the same. God doesn't give 2 points for stealing and 3 points for murder! When someone sins whether it be me or you, we all fall short of the glory of God. If we were all perfect and never made mistakes a man named Jesus would have never had to die for your sins. I am sure that at one point in your life you have done some pretty shady things. Whether it be flipping someone the sign while they cut you off while driving or maybe you thought about someone elses wife/husband in an inapprotiate way..God says that out your mouth flows the issues of your heart. I ask you to ask yourself do you have peace in your heart, you are kind everyday to everyone and you never do anything you regret. I have had plenty of regrets in my life. If you want to be mad at someone be mad at the Devil. The Bible states that the devil comes to kill (anyway he can), steal (whatever he can by any means possible), and destroy (by any means possible). God came so that you might have life and have it abundantly. If you are reading this you cannot honestly tell yourself that you have never made any wrong decisions no matter young or old the devil still gets in there and always messes things up and then he leaves us the mess to clean up and we are the ones filled with embarrassment. I am not saying that I make any excuses for what happened. We all make mistakes. The good thing is that all of our wrong thoughts, our lives, and family are not put in the front page of the newspaper everytime we screw up. Thank God! And thank God that he forgives all of us and until you forgive this poor man that the devil overtook we will not be forgiven and we will also end up in Hell! We are to forgive and be forgiven. Don't tell me you have never been in a situation where you knew what the right thing to do was but instead, you kept pondering the idea and went for it...we all have our own demons...be it drugs, alcohol, smokings, mental illness, bad parent, bad spouse....I hope you find forgiveness in your heart for this man..Thank God he now rests at peace and is no longer torchered by this world/devil...I hope you never feel his pain and I hope it never happens to anyone in your family... I pray for the lost people in these blogs...because whether you realize it or not you are just as lost and confused by devil as he was. Do you not think you are next? Believe me to you think that drug addicts really want to lose everything and die alone? When 911 happened America more that ever pitched in to help one another....why can't that happen everyday and not only when a disaster hits us.....Since then we have gone back to the America that flips people off in traffic instead of letting them go and waving....what is so wrong with us????
