Cutts was found guilty of aggravated murder in the death of the unborn child because he did not seek help for the baby even though he knew the mother was dead. Then he was convicted of just "plain old" murder in the death of the mother, as well as he was convicted of abuse of a corpse, burglary and child endangering. |

Glad to see that those crocodile tears did not fool anyone. Next cop mommy/baby killer up, Drew Peterson? |

That was very encouraging to see how Judge Brown had complete control over his courtroom. It's so different than what I'm used to seeing. He brought this trial to an end rather quickly. |

I totally forgot about "DALAW150" |

It's a good day when someone so obviously guilty is found so, by a jury of his/her peers. |

one blogment (and one only)...: THANK GOD! |

Hallelujah!!! Not often is justice served so swiftly, and especially when it involves an employee within the system! Hope he enjoys himself . . . not a place I would want to be having been in law enforcement, nor going in there thinking what a "bad ass", "pretty boy", and "ruler" I am behind those walls! Her family deserved justice, her baby deserved justice, and I hope he realizes that he still is alive and well throughout all that may happen to him in there! When will this pregnant mommy killing stop? |

I was so thankful that Cutts was found guilty! I had a feeling that the jury actually reached the decision on the 14th, but wanted to "sleep on it" before taking a final vote. I am happy that he won't ever be out in the general public again, even if he doesn't get the death penalty. |
