I knew Josh as a kid in Alaska. He was a sweet and funny guy. He made me laugh, we'd sit and listen to Warren G. He dated one of my best friends. I hung out with him as a teenager. He was a good friend, and it's weird and shocking to know someone whom something like this has happened to. This needs to be solved. Rachel.
