I completely agree with you on the missing-guy-angle. While testosterone does not generally lend itself to equating victimization to men....it is undoubtably (and understandably) a sad faux pas in thinking. I hope Justin is found safe and sooner than later.

When I try to bring up the xanga blog/profile not only does that browser window spontaneously crash, but the browser window with The True Crime Weblog also crashes. I've tried opening a Yahoo page as a buffer between the two, and still it closed *both* browsers and left the Yahoo page up. Very odd!

Win XP IE 6 is all I got. (IE 7 was making problems with some of the sites I visit regularly, I couldn't even load Wikipedia with it, and I should have been able to. Nothing I tried fixed the problems so I un-installed the update for now.)

Here is a link to a forum where locals are discussing the case. Apparently, he left is wallet at home that night. This struck me as odd when I first read about it. Here is a post by one of the people on the forum:

"He left his car at home and they are trying to figure out who he was with. They think they spotted him on the cameras at Wild Bills leaving. Also another weird thing is that he left his wallet at home. The whole senario is very awkward. His last phone conversation was at 1:33am on friday. Whether or not he's pulling a runaway bride or not idk. But somebody has to know something."

I should have read further on the forum before sharing with you guys. Apparently, he took his driver's license (or fake ID??) and some cash. That still seems odd to me, however. Apparently, the situation is odd to some of the responding officers also. From the same link to the forum above:

"He left his wallet but did take his DL and some cash... I assume for the night at Wild Bill's. It's much safer not to have your wallet on you when going out, especially if you're drinking. Hubby was a responding officer and he was also baffled. He said something didn't feel right about the situation. Keep us updated, I hope he comes home safely."

I also think it is a bit odd that your son goes out on Thursday evening, and he isn't reported missing until 1:00 am on 11/5/07 (which is technically Monday morning, right?). Was he in the habit of disappearing like that and not being in touch with his family for 2-3 days? I would totally FREAK if my child came home from college, went out, and I didn't see him for three whole days. Maybe I am odd.

My wife and his step-dad are brother and sister. I guess that makes him my nephew. I have been around Justin several times over the past 8 years. He seems like a typical young man. This is a very strange case because he allways notified his parents, and let them know where he was. I dont' know where he may be. He is a great student. The whole problem is: It is not his nature to just disappear. He is very social. He has had no contact with anyone by phone or internet. He has no wallet or money or cell phone charger. Justin had plans to come back home!

When i got out i rarely take my wallet. I'll usually just carry cash, a debit card and my ID. I don't like walking around with a bulky wallet in my pocket. I know a few people who are the same way. So to me its not very odd.

He had plans to go back home.He's not the type to just walk away and not let ANYONE know where he is. I pray everyday for him. I have only met him only a couple times, but when seeing his picture, and all the information about him on the news, my heart SANK! I remember seeing Justin, that night. He was either drunk as hell or on some drugs... I was talking to him for a bite, he was all sweating and walking all stubbly. He was on the phone for a good while trying to call people. Last time I seen him was around 1:20am

Peter, did he seem capable of walking very far on his own, or did you notice anyone else hanging around him who could have possibly offered him a ride? Since you were there that night, can you share your gut feeling as to where this kid could be? Thanks a bunch. Also.....I suppose you have shared your observations with LE? I think he could of walk a good ways but not very far like back home. He was very delusional when I was talking to him. Wiping his head with both hands very often, and to my knowledge he was with nobody when I was talking to him for the 5-10 minutes. He was playing with his phone most of the time. I really don't know where he could be, since he wasn't really himself that night.

Reannan on the interview it stated that WB only have cameras showing the back of people when they are leaving, they think they saw him (I believe) at 1:50AM leaving, but with that build, those clothes, it is a typical college profile, the think it is him, but not 100% sure.

Thanks Susan - I had not seen that. How does a big, healthy guy like him just vanish? If it was an abduction, why, by whom, and how?
Why: sex, revenge, ransom (none of those seem likely)
Whom: can't even begin to guess
How: Taser or gun, or pretending to be someone who would give him a ride home.

Robbery? Doesn't feel right - especially if he was wasted; they would have just jacked his stuff and everyone would have soon seen him laying in the parking lot.

Accident? Possible, but it looks like a very busy, urban area so I would imagine he would have been discovered by now if he had fallen into a manhole or something.

Staged disappearance: He would have taken his wallet.

Can anyone else think of any other situations?

Your guess is as good as mine. If you get a facebook page, it takes just a minute to set one up. I did it so I could keep tabs on what is going on, but once you set one up, plug in missing Justin Gaines under groups and there is a page his parents are keeping up on. They only thing I can think of is 100% foulplay. I really hate it.

I actually installed cameras right across the street from wild bills at the pool room. I did not know he was missing till Monday night, and that Monday morning I reload the server with videos on there. I don't know if there was anything but, I called the the owner at the pool room and he said detective did come buy Tuesday but he told them it was reloaded Monday. I know the korean spa next to the pool room and across the street from wild bills have a pretty good sophisticated system it covers all the parking lot and back of there building...

I know that a while back my sister was at Wild Bills when her and the guy she was with were both drugged with a date rape drug. She was taken in her car and raped and they took the guy friend he was with to a parking lot a while away and beat the hell out of him. I saw him about 2 weeks later and he still had some pretty deep wounds, none of this was reported to the police!

Hi ok so I've read all of everyone's comments, and I've known Justin since about the 7th grade. I graduated with him this past May, and talked to him pretty much everyday when he worked up at QT right near my house. I do know that Justin is not gay, but I could see someone could think that without knowing him. I guess you could call him a metrosexual. He is a very outgoing guy and very confident in himself. He is also a very intelligent young man. Justin went to Wild Bills almost every thursday, even when we were still in highschool. I remember when he got his fake ID because he showed me when I was talking to him one day, but as far as I remember it had his picture on there and his name. Now about all of this being odd... Yes, it might be a little off that it took so long for his parents to report him missing. BUT! He is a good kid whether you believe it or not thats up to you. But my point is that his parents were probably extremely worried but still in denial that their own son would be missing... That is why she was calling friends and local hospitals and things like that. Justin also has a few siblings, so trying to stay calm and be optimistic is very key for his mom to do, and I think she is holding it together very well. She is only doing her best and if you all that don't even know him want to criticize her, maybe you should put forth that effort into helping find him rather than just putting others down to make yourself feel better. Justin has a lot of friends and will be very missed if something has tragically happened to him. The seniors of 2007 have been hit with a lot of deaths and I know personally it is so hard and you never think it will happen to you, but it just seems to keep happening to us. First Andrew Sesonov, a freshman when we were juniors was killed in an accident involving a student in our grade. Then Holt Roberts, my brothers late best friend drowned. He graduated in 05 but still knew some people in my grad year. Recently Daniel Peake, the starting quarter back for our football team died in a single vehicle accident. And now Justin is missing. And the other thing about Justin with his "metrosexuality" he would not have gone anywhere without a change of clothes. If he ran off like some of you are saying, like to be gay or whatever, he would have taken his CAR and his WALLET and clothes, a phone charger... I mean come on... think people! he took his ID and some cash with him to go have a good time... stop reading to far into things... So like I said, instead of criticizing this good hearted young man who is in danger and his mother and step dad, use your energy to do better things like HELP LOOK FOR HIM! or tell people about it, hang up flyers... something... but I hope Justin is ok and comes home safely and soon...

I live near Wild Bill's and have been there a couple of times, and while the parking area is hopping early in the evening, it is deserted and creepy that late (when he is believed to have left). The whole area near the mall has turned into a high crime area in the last few years. The idea that he attempted to walk home is not realistic, the distances involved are considerable. No one in this area, however impaired, would consider that an option, it is at least 20 miles to Snellville from here. He might have tried to walk to a Waffle House or the IHOP to eat something and scare up a ride. Wild Bill's backs up to Gwinnett Place Mall, new and used car lots, and a couple of wooded areas; and a lot of hotels, including several transient hotels, are nearby. Hopefully the searches included those, and any camera systems further away than the WB parking lot.

Please, people who know Justin, don't take comments on here so personally.
We throw out ideas, conjecture (wildly, sometimes), speculate, and try to think outside the box. Sometimes we aren't as articulate as we could be, but I'm betting that most who comment here are genuinely interested in a good outcome.

Also, those of us who don't know Justin can perhaps think of questions to raise that close friends and family cannot, or would not, formulate for themselves.

Bottom line, this site is to discuss and comment on the topics Steve brings to our attention--for the most part, no disrespect is intended, but if reading our thoughts and suppositions is too painful, perhaps you shouldn't read here.

If Justin were drugged, he might have thought he could walk somewhere, as suggested above--and maybe not even somewhere close, as his capacity to reason would have been impaired. The area of search from the bar may need to be increased to include a broader area.

Are there any bodies of water, gullies, etc., nearby that he could have accidently fallen into? Construction sites?

It's very possible that he was drugged and someone waited for him to exit the bar and take him. If he was THAT regular at WB's and went often by himself, maybe someone was waiting for an opportunity after watching him.

The other thing that I thought of was, if he was drugged, (and was as "out of it" as has been suggested), he may have started wandering. Years ago an ex-bf told me about a night he tripped mushrooms and started slashing his way through nearby woods thinking he was in combat. I'd make sure they have done a thourough ground search of the areas Jules mentioned. He may have tried to walk home, but in his state of mind he may have gone in a completely different direction.

Does any of Justin's good friends know f he was in to doing drugs? I am a local teen of Duluth and I have known of Ex being around. Also a lot of other various drugs. I could be possible he over dosed on drugs and some kids were partying with him and he got in a really bad condition and had a seizure. I just really wish some one would come forward! and tell there are so many possibilities. I am thinking worse every day that goes by and he is not found... he could be some where witherng away bc of some kids beating him half to death! It reallly scares me and worries me even more because I live litterally not even 5 min walking distance from wild bills!!

This story touches me so deep. I am 22 years old, so I'm still into the partying and nightlife scene. I have been to Wild Bill's as well as surrounding Gwinnett hotspots several even millions of times. I think there is a very high possiblity that he was given a drug perhaps in his drink?! This happened to both me, and a friend I was with in the same night at "Woody's" off of Hwy 78 in Snellville. Also, happened to a friend of mine @ the "Blue Moose" in Snellville. I think the gwinnett area has alot of "date rape" floating around. Apparently someone watched us and knew we were together..and knew they had to drug us both for the plan to work. Thank goodness someone we knew came that night and took us home. We have NO remembrance of anything from that night..other than getting there and drinking a couple shots (not enough to not remember) My friend that took us home said I had a complete blank look on my face that night, and acted like I didn't even know who she was. I pray each and every night they find this boy!! Also, Wild Bill's parking lot is a very creepy place to walk in groups..I couldn't imagine being alone.

I was so glad when I checked in here to see this story, and to see it being discussed. I live in the Metro Atlanta area, and though I've never been to Wild Bill's, my Husband has (back before we met) and he's told me it can be a pretty rough place at times (we'd talked about this before this young man went missing).

I have a son who just turned 19. He is a Senior in high school. He resembles Justin a bit (tall and muscular, close cut brown hair and blue eyes--there's a general resemblance). This story has had a huge impact on my emotions because of my own son, and what happened with us recently. My son is an intelligent and dependable young man. He has had it drilled into his head for YEARS that IF he's going to be late, he'd better not make me worry. He MUST call. And he always does. I don't restrict his movements, but while he lives under my roof, I don't want to spend sleepless nights worrying about where he is. All he has to do is call and let me know. A little under two weeks ago, he left for school around 7:45. Though I'm usually up way before he leaves, this morning I was feeling lazy, and though I heard him getting ready and leaving the house, I didn't get up until just after he'd left. He's through with school every day by around 1:00, but sometimes he'll go here or there and I won't see him until 4:00 or thereabouts. I don't worry. I know he will ALWAYS be home or call before dinner. We have rules. However, on this day, he didn't call, and dinner came and went, and I didn't know where he was. I tried my best not to worry, but the later it got, the more worried I got. Finally, around 11:00 pm, I made the painful decision to call local hospitals and the Cobb County jail, to see if they had him, or a John Doe who fit his description. No one had anything. As the hours passed, my fear grew. And the main reason it grew was that THIS WAS NOT LIKE HIM. He always called. If disappearing for hours without letting me know was the norm, then I'd have nothing to wonder about. But that wasn't normal, and I WAS worried. Finally at midnight, I called in to the local PD. They came and took a report, and I was trying not to panic. It wasn't easy. I showed the officer who took my report to the door, and stepped back inside. Less than five minutes later, my doorbell rang. I opened the door, and standing there in front of me was the officer who'd just left AND my son!! I was ELATED! I told the officer, "WOW, you work FAST!" But it turns out, my son had just walked up as the officer was leaving. His car had broken down when he went to visit a friend in an outlying county, and his cell phone was dead. He'd walked home. Still, he won't EVER do that to me again. I told him I didn't care what the circumstances were, his Mom deserved a call. After I chewed off both of his ears and a substantial part of his rear end, he apologized and promised me it would never happen again.

This afternoon was the FIRST time I heard mention of Jason being missing, on a national news program (Foxnews.) With him being missing so long, an abduction or foul play certainly is a possibility. However, I am reminded of two specific cases recently (in the last 18 months or so) of two other young men. One was found after he had accidentally driven into a lake after leaving friends after a party. The other was found in an electrical room at his college, again, an accident. Neither had a good outcome, but it wasn't foul play.

I'm praying for Jason's family - a missing child is truly a nightmare.

My heart is breaking for Justin's family ... especially his mom. I have a son -- who played both high school and college football ..He looks amazingly like the pictures of Justin ... piercing blue eyes, buzzed hair, muscular build ... He has been to Wild Bills many times .. beginning when he as 18 (he soon will be 22).

I am praying day and night for Justin and his safe return. While my son has never been "missing" ...I have nearly lost him to a horrible automobile accident when he was a senior in high school - two weeks before graduation. Those days with him in intensive care where harrowing ... but at least I KNEW where he was and that he was being taken care of. I can only imagine what his family is going through.

I don't know Justin or his family ... but I am a mother of a dear son who means the world to me. I feel like my "guts" are being ripped out ... just knowing about this situation ..and while intellectually I know that you do what you have to do ... I don't know how his mother is coping with this. I pray that God is sending His angels to surround her during this time and that the knowledge that people truly care about what she is going through will help to make this whole, horrible ordeal more bearable.

May God's grace sustain everyone throughout this horrible time.

I live in Texas and am of no good to any search directly where Justin disappeared but I took interest after seeing the report on Fox. I have said a prayer, and like Bonnie, asking that God send extra guardian angels to Justin's parents and to him wherever he is right now. I, too, am hoping that Justin inadvertently ingested a dose of a drug that disoriented him so much that he lost his way and perhaps, maybe, he's simply fallen in an inaccessible or invisible place that keeps getting overlooked. Remember, there have been several stories recently of people who were feet away from highway traffic but couldn't be seen, yet survived for days and days awaiting rescue.
I know it's painful to even consider he might have had a "secret" other life, but, just for the sake of not ruling anything out before it is properly investigated, try... try to be open to the idea until it is officially ruled out. If you do, well, it might unlock a part of your memories that you didn't consider "big" enough.
I will in the meantime continue to pray for Justin's safe return, knowing that all his friends and family will not care one whit whether he's gay, or an addict, or from outer space, or whatever, as long as he's home safe.

I'm not sure where I was negative in my previous post, I should probably read over it and try to see where I was being negative. I apologize if I offended anyone, I just want Justin to come home safe. I want to get out there and look for him I am just so so busy with school and trying to plan my wedding I don't ever seem to check my facebook or myspace in time to know when the group searches and vigils n things are happening. I am going to try to check things more often and try my best to get out there. And like Alexa said, all these things are possible. It is good that people are giving their input from outside views and things. If Justin was gay it would not bother me a bit. I have a very close friend who is gay and I have absolutely no problem with that. My point was before that I don't believe he is, and that if he did run off to live another life, he would have taken his wallet at least. So I don't think it should be completely ruled out, but based on knowing Justin, and his family knows him very well, that is not a good possibility. Like I said, I have known Justin since about the 7th grade I believe, and he went to Wild Bills pretty much every thursday that I could tell. I'm not sure if he had a ride that night, if his ride left without him, or what exactly happened but I just hope and pray he is safe somewhere. I know his family is dealing with a lot right now, I can't even imagine the pain and worry they are going through. And I apologize for my mispelling of Daniel's name; it is Peek I believe. I did not know Daniel very well, he had been to my house a time or two with some of our shared friends. I even spoke to him on Thursday or Friday just a day or two before his accident and about 5 days before his death. I don't claim (like a lot of people do) to have known Daniel that well, but I was fairly good friends with a lot of his really close friends. O and I also found out that you cannot report someone missing until they have been missing for a minimum of 48 hours or something like that. So I don't think his Mom could have reported him as missing any sooner than she did. If you look carefully she reported him missing at 1:30 in the morning, the same time he made his last phone call. So I'm pretty sure she waited the very minimum amount of time that is necessary to report someone missing.

When I first heard the reports, and seeing his picture I figured , well he is pretty fit so he could take care of himself, and truly felt he would turn up. I was shocked tonight to see he has not. I read this story once about a guy that left his wallet at home. He only took some money, his ID, and ended up going missing for over a month. They ended up finding him a few towns over in some hospital. Somehow, some type of drugs caused a temporary memory loss. He didn't remember who he was, and with no ID, well you get the picture. Maybe this happened to Justin? But still, someone would come forward by now. Unless it's like that one Jim Carry movie. Maybe some dude found him and thought it was his long lost son? Maybe they don't have cable? Just trying to find some better sounding alternatives. It is possible.

I have known Justin's family for about 4 years now. While they are not your typical wealthy Brookwood family, they are a family that has 6 or 7 kids (I could never keep up with that part) and struggle to live in a good school district for their children's sake. Those who judge Erika for not calling the police any sooner than she did are people who do not know all the facts leading up to the time she filed the "official" missing persons report.

Some facts: Wild Bill's security cameras are not for their clientale's safety but to protect themselves from employee theft. Therefore their cameras only give internal views.

Erika is the person who called all the area hospitals looking for John Doe's untill she learned the name on his fake i.d., then she contacting them all again.

Erika is the person who has organized the searches for her missing son.

The FBI got involved with the missing senator's grandson and he was found eitehr that very day or the next. The FBI has not gotten involved with Justin's case. Is it because Justin's family is not wealthy enough to generate enough interest in him missing? I wonder if they and the local police are judging the family by the circumstances and are not providing them with the help our tax dollars pay for.

Anyone who has met this family know they are a very close family and Justin loved them all very much. He would not put them through this.

Justin's house is not 20 miles away from Wild Bills. It is more like 12 miles away, and if you know Justin you know it is not beyond him to walk if all else fails. I've known him to walk further than that before. However, I believe if he were hit by a car or injured in another way during his trek home he would have been found by now. The area between WB's and his home is heavily populated.

The earlier post about sending money to the family to assist with the cost of the searches and helping provide for their family is a fantastic thing. Bother Erika and Stepehn are self employeed and are missing work during this time. They have a lot of mouths to feed left at home. I hate this for them because they had struggled financially for so long and things had just recently began to turn around for them.

It wouldn't hurt for some of the locals to take food to them as well. Every little bit helps.

My daughter just called. She is in a class with one of Justin's brothers. She said he was checked out of school unexpectantly during the middle of class. I hope that means good news. I guess if their is anything to it we'll hear about it on the news. I would call Erika but if it is bad news I don't want to bother her. Lets all pray.

Ok, so "rumor" has it that Justin got a ride to Wild Bill's with a couple who decided not to stay because of the cover charge. This couple could not come back and pick Justin up because they had "returned the borrowed car". Question: Is this the "friends" who are now, not cooperating with LE? My prayers are with all of the friends and family. I'm afraid the sad truth that some will learn is that when you have a loved that has gone missing - you want the public to know about it, you want to scream from the mountain tops for someone to find them - and within a couple of days, the "websleuths" crawl out of the latest missing person's forum and every good thing you knew about that person becomes some sick, twisted game for people who claim you have to look at every angle and every worst case scenario (often times leaving logic and facts from people who actually KNOW them in a heaping pile). So to family and friends - stay strong. Some of those folks mean well, far too many more do not.Our prayers are with you - do not give up hope.

Well, there was nothing to Justin's brother being checked out early. I was so hopeful. I am thrilled though at the news of the team from Texas stepping in today to begin to search for Justin in earnest. I'm also thrilled to hear of the person who donated an additional $50,000 for the reward for information leading to Justin's return. I plan to stop by after work to take the volunteers some food.

To the person who asked if there are any bodies of water between WB's and Justin's house. No there isn't. At first I thought he may have been hit by a car on his way home and was on the side of the road somewhere. However, if that were the case I believe he would have been found by now. The area is heavily populated.

Yes, there ARE bodies of water - while not sizeable, there are a few small 'ponds' off Club Dr. located in front of and within apartment complexes. Club Dr. intersects Pleasant Hill appx. 2-3 miles from Wild Bills.

For those familiar with the area, this road would be a very viable option should one consider walking.

Likewise, there are several golf courses, business parks, tons of commercial and road construction in the general vicinity.

To clarify. There are no bodies of water in the path Justin would most likely have walked and not close enough to the road for him to have fallen into or been knocked into. Of course there are small ponds way off the beaten path in directions it would not have made sense for him to go. Someone would have had to intentionally transported him to those small ponds. Which of course is a possibility. I'm trying to think of the golf courses in the area, there are a few in a totally different direction, unless the little old one that use to be on Clud Drive is still there. It is also not in a direction I would think he would have gone.

Is it possible he met someone for sex? I know it's hard to believe but alot of teens are "hooking up" online. Could it also be possible that he was gay or bi-sexual and maybe met a man for sex? As unpleasant as it sounds, people have to think of these things....Like I read in a previous post, two goodlooking young men who were ALONE went missing that close together...Something is really wrong...I hope they find out what's going on...God bless his family.

I seriously doubt Justin was meeting anyone for sex and then foul play ensumed. I think we'd all have known if that were the case. Justin is quite the crass braggart and would have been letting everyone know he was going to get lucky. As for him being gay, you'd have to know him but, no, I seriously doubt that. Most females can tell when a young man is gay if they really look, and I can tell you, Justin was very interested in the opposite sex whether he had an audience or not.

Just read about this case for the first time.. I found out about it because there is a guy in Charlotte, NC that went missing a few days ago. The circumstances are similar, from what I've read. His name is Kyle Fleischmann. Not trying to change the subject of Justin, I just thought I'd post on here that there are similar cases.. very close in distance and time frame. Just encouraging everyone to keep their eyes and ears open.. for everyone's sake. I've read a few people speculating the cases are related.. I certainly hope not. We shouldn't assume this, but should still be aware it IS a possibility. I'm praying for the safe return of Justin and our own Kyle.

This is on the boy from Alabama some people were linking Justin with. As you see, his disappearance is not the same:
CARROLLTON, Ga. -- An Alabama teenager reported missing last week and found dead in Georgia died from a gunshot wound to the head, authorities said Wednesday.

Carroll County Coroner Sammy Eady said the wound was consistent with suicide, but the sheriff's department said the investigation into the death of Benjamin Stanford, 17, of Lincoln, Ala., was incomplete.

"Although the autopsy has been completed, there's several other things that we need to do investigative-wise," Chief Deputy Brad Robinson said.

He said that on Thursday, members of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office would meet with local, Alabama Bureau of Investigation Division and Federal Bureau of Investigation personnel in Stanford's hometown.

"We want to make sure every question, hopefully, is answered," Robinson said.

The teenager's body was found by volunteers who came from Alabama to search after he disappeared Nov. 5. His silver Jeep Grand Cherokee was found near a Villa Rica exit on Interstate 20 that day, and the body was found about 1,000 feet away.

I'm not sure what Justin's friends could possibly be withholding from the police that would have any impact in their search for him. I am sure that is what his friends are thinking. They are selfishly protecting themselves or others by telling themselves what ever it is they know would not make a differance. If any of you are reading this, a person's life is at stake here, I implore you to please tell the police what ever you know and let them decide if it is pertinent or not. You may not realize it right now, but by selfishly withholding information for your own protection you are setting yourself up for a life time of guilt that will just eat at you for the rest of your life. Guilt will take whatever chance you have of a happy and fulfilling life away from you. What could possibly have happened that is so bad? Believe me, the police will not hold anything against you that you divulge. In fact they will be impressed by your courage in stepping forward. They just need help in finding Justin.

Please consider this for Justin's sake if not your own well being and happiness.

For any of those fearing talking with the police...I spoke with them recently and was a little nervous about doing so. I really didn't know if what I had to say was important. However when I heard the friends were not cooperating I felt I had to tell what I had heard wether it was relavent or not. My theory is let the police decide what is relevent. I told them I wished to remain annonymous and they were very respectful. They listened and they seemed interested in what I had to say. They gave me follow up numbers and I feel really good about speaking with them. I am saying this for anyone who may feel like they have something to say but maybe they are nervous or scared. Come forward no matter how little it seems. The police are here to help. Tell them what you know and help them find Justin.

Wild Bills needs to take measures to insure that underage kids are not being allowed in the club period. The club needs to cease it's 18 and over party nights. They also need to take measures to insure that fake id's are not getting past security. Fake ID's are not a new thing anywhere in America, but there has to be a way to stop the entrance of people that are underage. You parents out there would be disgusted to learn the things that have gone on in that club especially on 18 and over nights when a younger crowd is present. Sex, drugs, drinking you name it, goes on in that club and the people involved are not always 21 and over. The police need to be questioning the bouncers that work in that bar as they are the ones that see it all and know first hand the goings on in that club. The goings on in the club may have nothing to do with Justin being missing, but this has brought attention to a situation at Wild Bills that needs to be seriously addressed. The surprising thing is, the times that I have been to Wild Bills there is a huge police presence inside and out always and I have never felt un-safe when leaving the club. My prayers go out to the family and friends of Justin.

I don't know anything about the friends that are not cooperating but..is it possible they were so intoxicated that they do not remember what happened? If so maybe they should start searching there routes home. I was thinking about the guy who was driving home a couple of years ago and didn't realize his friend been decapitated in the seat next to him. And I know...anything is possible I am just racking my brain for ideas not yet explored.

Kyle was last seen leaving a bar in Charlotte......alone. This is getting really scary!!!! What is happening??? Do you think it's possible that there is a link??




Kyle went missing on Friday morning November, 9th. He was last seen at Buckhead Saloon in uptown Charlotte leaving on cameras at 2:20 am.

Kyle did not return home or to his vehicle, and did not go to work on Friday. He called his sister at 2:19 before leaving the bar at 2:20. There is a gap of about an hour before he called myself at 3:28 and his room mate Bruce at 3:29. Kyle did not leave any messages and his phone was dead in the morning.

Kyle has not been in contact with any family or friends since. He left his debit card and coat at the bar. As far as we know he did not have any cash either and Kyle does not have any credit cards. A missing persons report was filed Friday the 9th at 10:00 p.m. with the police.

Description:
Height: 6' even
Weight:about 180 lbs.
Eye Color: green eyes
Hair: brown
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, jeans, and black dress shoes. His hair was gelled and probably looked a little darker than his natural color.

Please send this on to anyone who may know Kyle, or especially anyone in the greater Charlotte area so they can share this information with their friends and family. Please invite others to the group and help spread the word as far as possible. Any help people can provide in the search will be greatly appreciated. If you or anyone you know has any information that might be helpful please contact the police immediately.

I do know justin, and I know how bad his family and friends are hurting. the reward went from $2000 to $50,000 in one week. that just goes to show how important it is to get him home. A few of his so-called friends know information, and are not being cooperative. We need to do all we can to bring JG back home.

According to Wild Bill's web site (as per another site), Justin was last seen walking towards a car with two men standing by it who were his ride. He and the men were later seen in the parking lot of another bar called Barnacles.

I'm pretty sure this whole thing is a result of drugs somehow. Possibly a drug deal. Not saying Justine was buying drugs. I'm just saying it's a possibility. If Justine was on drugs his friends would likely not want to incriminate him or possibly themselves. I know for a fact there's drugs at WB if you know the right people. I don't think Justine went off walking. This story just doesn't add up.

I agree with you on the walking. And I do not know Justin at all but I agree on the drugs. Things like GHB are really dangerous when mixed with alcohol. Not to mention it is made of cleaning products in most cases. And girls can slip it in a guys drink to. Believe it or not some woman are like that.As far as asking about the car they were in...I call everything that fizzes a coke too. So when I say car I mean whatever it was. But 3 big boys I doubt were riding in a truck.

I do not agree, but we are all just speculating. Justins room mates and friends were very honest with his parent hence they know about the fake ID. They did not know all this stuff prior his friends came clean to give them whatever info they needed to find him. I believe I remember reading that his roommates were confident that he did not do drugs, but we thought by his behavior the way Peter describe him that maybe something was put in his drink. No matter what he did if he made a poor choice or not, I made several when I was his age and I just want him home. I know you guys are not trying to but be careful, I am sure it has crossed peoples mind, but romors of drugs can start more rumors and his family will be the ones hurt by them all.

He didn't have to do drugs to be drugged. Someone may have put something in someone else's drink and he may have picked it up. There is a 1001 ways that it can happen. It doesn't mean that he went out to pursue drugs. They could of pursued him. Put yes this is all speculation and people grasping at straws to find where Justin could be.

What scares me most is that so many poeple are in denial about what really could happen...does anyone remember John Wayne Gacy and his "affections" for young men? I was supposed to go to Wild Bill's with some friends the Saturday following Justin's disappearance but changed my plans at the last minute. I frequent the club a lot and I always feel safe inside and outside. I have to back the club up a little here because, although Justin is known to be a great guy, he DID have a fake ID and Wild Bill's staff may not be able to catch "every one". Undoubtedly, some slip through. There have always been several police officers in that area every single time I have gone there and they watch diligently. I have seen fights broken up and potential drunk drivers arrested on the spot so they ARE doing a great job. People are scared and worried and looking for answers and somewhere to lay blame...hence Wild Bill's and the "friends". Until Justin is found, and I still pray safely, we need to stop jumping to mindless conclusions and trying to lay blame until we have proof.

I think as more time is passing people are getting agitated with one another. Everyone keep in mind that everyone is looking for the same outcome. And thats to find Justin. If I were the friends and these rumors were coming out about me I would be trying to clear them up. If They have nothing to hide hold a press conferance and be an open book. That way everyone can know what the police know and search accordingly. Thats just a suggestion, it doesn't have to be that drastic. But that would clear the air by all means.

It is only natural to start laying blame when you have no real answers. Wild Bills was the last place he was seen so its only natural for people to want to blame Wild Bills-it's a sad sad thing that Justin is missing. There could be a hundred different scenarios of what may have happened to him and until there is some real concrete proof, people should not point fingers. Something does not sit right though, I think someone out there knows more than they are letting on and it's not helping Justin or his family. If anyone knows anything or has information they have not shared, they need to talk to the authorities.

There is nothing to air..... Nobody (including the family) knows who is not coroperating, Justin's friends have told everything they knew which was nothing! I was personally told by the investagator, "it is like he vanished in thin air." That was not a spokes prson that was the investagator!!!
I thought from the media there was more to it, but when talking to the people close to the family there is nothing. NO LEADS, NO FRIENDS KNOW ANYTHING.

At the age of 18 we all did some stupid things. Has anyone thought he might have tried to get to his father who I have read lives out of state?

I, also think having a forum online where someone could post things they might not be comfortable telling would be a good thing. Like if you saw him at least say you did and appx what time and describe his demeanor and whom he was talking to/ or what he was doing. The open forum easily accessable and assuring they would not be traced is of vital importance to get people involved. Just a grandmother's point of thought.

Justin was not a thin boy, he was quite thick and able to fight. i know this from seeing him before. so i do not think that he would puss out of any kind of confrontation unless he was druged. i have a friend who is a male and about justins size or bigger who was once druged at wild-bills. lucky, his freind noticed his behavior and took him home. i really feel bad for justins family and my prayers are with you guys to help find justin safely.

I was drugged once, I was at a bar with a friend and think God he looked at me eyes and noticed something weird. I remember him asking me what was wrong, then I remember being in the car and the lines looked weird and I felt sick, I remember nothing until the next day when I walked the ground was breathing..... No telling what would have happened if I would not have had a friend there and I was not 18 I was 31. No matter the age it can happen to any of us. I have never went back to that place and if I go anywhere I never let anybody buy me a drink nor put my drink dow.

People are scared today with all the media onslaught and the twisting of the truth...to come forward...put a forum up that they can easily post to and advertise it!

I bet there are people who think they just have a tidbit of info that would speak up about it...but, folks people are scared with all the media b/s surrounding any case. They need a forum to post to that is safe! Anyone who saw something or think they saw him can post...it all adds up to leads.

I think there are alot of conclusions being dropped to. Further investigation go es to show that the "friends" are telling all they know. I dont know of one person who calls justin a "friend" who wouldn't tell anyone what they thought, or if they had any leads, wouldn't let them know. I think that EVERYONE is looking and going for the same goal; TO GET JUSTIN HOME HEALTHY AND SAFE. We tend to forget that it's the main point... People seemed to get lost, confused and tangled up in trying to figure it out, anc jumping to conclusions. Let the Authorities take care of it. The family hired a PI for a REASON! so let them do their job. Jumping to conclusions does not do anything, but get rumors started, and make people who read these think what we are putting down is factual. You wouldn't believe the rumors floating around. there was a body found in L'ville. ( NOT JUSTINS) and there was an abandoned car supposedly justins. but we all know that he left his car at his parents house and went with "friends" This goes to show that anything can get out there. and we don't want people speculating that they "THINK" they know anything. If you have any FACTUAL information it needs to go to the authorities there is an anonymous hotline where you can call and give the information you know... if any. We just want him home and safe. PLEASE KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS! We miss Justin!

I hate to be the one to break it to you but let me state a few things. This came straight from the Parents lips;
1. Fact= There are one maybe two friends that were or are not corperating--fact-like it or not.
2. Fact= "let the Authorities handle it" fact speaking with the parents today on the phone + fact today is the first time the authorities have offered any help in hte search, and this was due to people calling county commissioners and the governors office--fact.

3. Fact--PI is working for free and eventually will have to be paid. That is why we are trying to raise more money.

4. Fact---Kyle Fleischmanns people had the same problem with police not acting. They have just started getting involved once th national media got word and aired it, and Danile his best friend told the media the police were not investigating it.

We all have a common goal we just need to get the tax paid authorities inline with our goal--fact.

I have been interested in this case because, I work with a close family member of Justins in Ohio and live close by his father.I'm rather shocked by this case,first its not to often that a young healthy boy vanishes from a bar, but then to have another young,healthy boy vanish close by, It reminds me of two cases we had here in Athens Ohio , where two young men had vanished late at night in to seperate instances close by and have never been heard from never, Texas Equisearch has been here and searched,nothing..Greta and Nancy both covered the story.All four cases are erie similar. I hope that authorities are really looking into the Justin and Kyle similarities....It sounds like it could maybe be a kind of case that we heard about along time ago when someone was abducting young men I wont even say his name...I dont mean to think that way, but the two dissapearances so close together , I dont know it really seems that they are related.

"OHIO", I'm about Justin's age; I have heard about the story that you are talking about? I know that no one wants to think "bad thoughts" about this situation but what was the persons name abducting young men? Was he/she a serial killer? I have frequented Wild Bills before and even went there for concerts, I just cannot believe this has happened. It has really hit close to home for me. I'm sure other people agree with me when I say that "Yes, I'm young and frequent clubs but you can't help but somewhat punish Wild Bills. What I mean is that I will be less likely to go back there b/c of not ONLY Justin's disappearance but some of the other people who have posted blogs about being drugged there. I guess you could say my "club days" are pretty much over! I hope that Justin is found (Kyle as well). I will be praying for their returns.

It had occurreed to me very like thoughts. However sad to say that it was almost 9 days before the police got really activily involved in Kyles case, and have had limited involvement in Justins. They have not help search at all. They just telephoned Erika yesterday and said they may could provide resources, but are yet to be forthcoming. To catch up on all of it listen to all my broadcasts. I have one live interview of Kyles best friend. Those broadcasts will explain, and reveal the lack of Law Enforcement involvment in both cases, and get you up to speed on everything else.

I have finally reached the right person at the Civil Air Patrol. For those that had questioned had we thought of that? Col Letteer is the Wing commander for Georgia. The aircraft they use are more designed for finding downed aircraft. They are configured that way because the sheriffs departments in Georgia have helicopters configured with forward looking imagery for looking for people. In order to get the use of these he stated that there was certain protocol. EMA that is the local Emergency Management agency has to be contacted. They in turn talk with GEMA Georgia Emergency Management Agency, and if they approve then it comes back to EMA, and they deploy the sheriff or appropriate teams. He stated that he could not understand why the authorities had not done this to start with, because getting them out fast in a timely manner is critical. So who knows? It seems from interviewing the friend of Kyle Fleischmann in NC that the L.E. did not get involved there until it was made known to the National media. Then they caught heat from the media and now are heavily involved, or as was put to me “making a show more than anything". They know well and good that the early days are critical. So I do not know if contacting EMA at this point will avail anything. I spoke with Justin’s mother this morning. Bless her heart. I will try a cordial call then report back to them. I will only stir the pot if it is their wishes, no matter that I think this is an absolute lack of responsibility on the part of our tax paid officials. I will hold my tongue, and honor the parents. However if they give me free reign, believe me the world will hear about this. Votes are deadly to elected officials and I am heavily involved already with the Presidential campaign so it want take much talking to stir things. To be honest I wish they would say do it. This really has me ticked. The FBI got involved immediately with the grandson of the Alabama State rep. I suppose you have to have elevated status to get appropriate help. I feel, and my heart goes out to them, and this is not aimed at them but the truth is the truth. My tax money is as good as the next guy. Ok I have reported, and vented all in one. Mark I agree this family is doing it by on their own and with help from the community. LE needs to be out there.... Is it because his grandpa is not a Senator? Is it because they do not have pull with the Government? Why is it? They are normal people like the rest of us that are going through our worse nightmare and LE stands there and "investigates" How much can they investigate 0 leads... They state there is no evidence of foul play, but can somebody prove it was not? This is somebody's child we are talking about. What can we do to get the LE involved?

Governor Perdue,
I am desperate right now and really do not know where to turn to seek help finiding a missing teen. I am not family, but a concerned citizen. Justin was last seen at 1:30AM 11/2/07. His where abouts or whom he was with are unknown. There are no leads, well none that the public knows the family or LE may know more. TES came out, but had no leads to follow and will not be back until there is a break. The local LE are not doing much because nothing points to foul play, but I personally do not see where something points that it is not foul play. We have had very little media coverage, very little support from the community, and very few people showing up for searches (10 total today). This family is desperate they need closure, we all need it. His parents have not slept, their every waken moment is looking for their son, it is one of the most painful things I have every watched in my life, please help us or tell us who can help get this teen back to his family. We see other teens that have went missing in other states and we hear about them in Georgia, they have dogs out there, LE out there, over a 100 people showing up, and the media. One of our own in Georgia is missing and there is people in his own community who have not even heard about him. Justin Gaines is our very own and nothing is being done. We want media attention, we want the LE helping, we want search dogs, above all Governor Perdue a simple statement from you to the community asking for support will go a long way. First, my thoughts and prayers are being lifted up for the safe return of Justin.

I had to write about a case from Columbus, OH that happened in the morning hours of April 1, 2006. Brian Shaffer, a 27 year old medical student from OSU disappeared in the same manner of Justin. The cases are scarily similar. There is also a 'friend' in Brian's case that refuses to take a lie detector test and has now moved to Tennessee. There is a blog located at http://beyondfrazzled.blogspot.c...an- shaffer.html where there are tons of posts/speculations of what happened to Brian.

The other thing I'd like to bring to your attention is the following website that lists cases 'similar' to Justin's case - college aged men, most athletic or muscular, last seen at a bar/party, disappeared - off the face of the earth. It ends with the student being found dead in a river. We established four numbers. We feel that Kyle and Justin's case are related. So the first number is for Justin 404-287-0414 the other is a North Carolina number for Kyle 704-257-4977.

Also some counselor friends and I had talked. Being a counselor we can think some off the wall things. So we figured if someone had info they may be terrified of being found out, and then you have the perverts that like to give hints. So we established two untraceable numbers in Seattle Washington on the complete opposite coast. This way anyone with info can call and not be traced. the first is 206-600-5758 nobody answers. You hear my message. They leave a message, and it is sent via satellite to my computer systems. So they are safe and this may get someone to call. Also we set up a second Seattle Number 206-984-3063 this is only fax. This way a person could walk into any kinkos or public place and fax a tip, and there is certainly no way to trace it. We want Justin , and Kyle back, who cares where the info comes from. The fax is also sent via satellite to our computers. Please get these numbers out or go to my site and get a link that tells about them or get the link to the article or broadcast I did about the numbers and get it out on any public board possible and send to every email in your address book. It only takes one right person to hear it or see it and we get one or both back. I also have a gut feeling that we get one, we get both. If LE would get off their *&*(( we could know more. That’s OK, cause were they fail there are plenty willing to do it. Shame on Gwinnett LE as you no shame or pity.

As Thanksgiving comes and goes the dilemma of Justin Gaines, and Kyle Fleischman remain. The North Caroline neighbors diligently utilize all resources sending out 10s of thousands of emails. Georgia turn out has been very disappointing. I have said all I will say about that in the live broadcast attached. I will be brief here, but it is critical that you spend 20- 30 minutes and listen to the broadcast as it contains important information.
ATLANTA LIVE’S Dr. Mark Taylor has established some very important numbers that you need to pass on to every public board on the Internet. Your emails needs to include these , because we firmly believe this will bring about leads on both young men.
We know with out any doubt that there is someone in both Kyle Fleischmann, and Justin Gaines disappearance that knows something. So whoever you are this is what we offer. First a message to anyone who is withholding information ...can you imagine your parents wondering where you were during the holidays and for this long? Ok say you do not have parents that you are close to. Don't you think oneday you will have children or maybe even you do now...have you heard of karma. What if this happened to your child. You have been given plenty of avenues to send in where Justin is. And you still can. Do the right thing. And if this is something out of your control remember accidents are not against the law. Only concealing it.

To everyone else... I know that you do not search on Sundays..but a thought I had is Sunday is a day of mass gatherings and maybe it would be a good idea to have a Sunday search. There is less traffic and more groups of people already together. So maybe at around 1pm after church is over everyone could just stop where they are...walk outside and search. Not just close to Wild Bills. I mean there are people missing everywhere. If we all stopped for 30 mins to an hour in our busy days and just looked around our houses or businesses or anywhere there is no telling what we might find. I mean if you are on the side of the interstate get out and look around. If there are abandoned buildings or vehicles or anywhere else that anything could be hiding..check it out! I think we all owe it to these parents with children missing everywhere to just stop and look around. And the last thing I pass to you is Matthew 18:19-20

in Gwinnett County Georgia. Kyle Fleischmann went missing, and was last seen leaving Buckhead Saloon in

Charlotte North Carolina. As of today the 24th of November there have been no leads, and no indication of where

these young men are.

As many eyes have been opened as is usually the case when something like this strikes home. It is apparent that

there are no laws in place for young adults or adult’s period to force Law Enforcement to take action. In both cases

they had to wait an amount of time. Both families were told there were no signs of fowl play etc. We have all been

taught, and told by these very same agencies that the very early hours and days are critical. In both these cases

the respective families while experiencing this trauma and terror had to search out resources and help to locate

their sons. This has to change. We are establishing an organization with a national vision that will but in place our

agency that they can call that will immediately activate procedures to find any young adult or adult. There have

been situations that the adult turns up, but we cannot be so bold as to assume this in any case. If you check as we

have you will be astonished that there are several thousand missing, and unsolved. This is not including children.

There are laws and programs in place for children. There is nothing for adults, and law enforcement defines adults

as 17 or older, and in some places 16. We are garnering an oversight committee of experts from Legal,

Counselors, Doctors, Media, Law Enforcement, Ministry, Search, and Rescue Specialist, and if possible Military

Reps. to serve on the oversight board. That way we get all expertise needed to ensure this is a successful and

very effective organization. We will be searching for Grants to aid in the funding as this will be an expensive

venture. We will have depending on the size of the State 1-3 organization with 1-2 full time people and volunteers

This is a collection of Charles S. Gibson. 1892-1973 We have had several art enthusiasts give a value for

insurance purposes, and the collection was valued between; $ 18000.00 - $ 25000.00, depending on the

enthusiast. This collection includes pictures from his childhood to his very last piece that he actually wrote on the

bottom he knew he was dying and it was his last drawing. This collection has been in our family for nearly 100

years. You will view some of these Pen and Ink masterpieces and see that they are created by an extremely, and

unprecedented artist. The only knowledge we have of the whereabouts of any more of these are 3 which are kept

by relatives. We know there are some others, but have know way of knowing where. Charles mother was very

careful to preserve as many as possible as she saw his talent early on, and knew he would become a very talented

artist. She was correct as you can see. Also included is a family genealogy which he is on as well as my family

that carries the family back to England in the early 1800s. We are grafted into the family by marriage, as our

I know there has been some statement made about the family not contacting the police right away. In some states there is a 72 hour wait. Other states have 48. Unless it is a critical missing person such as a child or elderly person the police will broadcast the report right away. For non critical person the police take the info but not post the missing person report for that 48/72 hours. I hope this clears up that question!

I have been reading this because im not home to do any help. I am a freshmen at Utah State and havent been home to be caught up on all the details. I knew justin a little but not a lot.

However on the two friends who wont cooperate one of them is my best friend. She was at Wild Bills that night with them and has told the police all she knows. They have held her in a room and made her cry hysterically because her "times do not add up" anyone who goes out knows that you dont check your watch every 5 min. I know it is important to get the times right but when you are out you dont check the watch.

It is not her fault that justin went missing and i would appreciate if everyone would stpo bashing the "two friends". She has told EVERYTHING she knows and has been involved in the search's for him.

I dont think you should be so rude when its not you being bashed by the police you dont know how it feels.

Jamie go to justingaines.com it is the best place for updates. He did get arrested back in June, he missed his court date because he was missing. It is standard procedure if somebody misses a cout date to put out a warrant. Really we are happy about a warrant... It means they will be looking for him. We do not care if they bring him home in handcuffs, we want him home. If you heard that it is possible he ran because of his Nov 16th court date, this is incorrect. I would have to agree with the family, it is a common charge, it is a smack on the hand, and he would never do this to his mom. He is a momma's boy it appears. Anyways there is a rummage sell on the 15th for him and a prayer vigil this Sunday night. I am sure all the info will be on his site.

I believe from reading all of this that it is more than likely he was drugged at the club. This happens ALOT. He was a regular at the club and someone else who was also a regular probably drugged him. They need to talk to everyone who was at the club that they can find and talk to everyone who worked there that night. Somebody knows something. This is an absolute shame and my heart breaks for his familiy and friends. I wish there was something I could do. I will pray for him for sure.

there is something wrong with this whole site. This isnt helping at all. The reality of it is this kid isnt missing. I dont know the kid or why he would leave, but there is something strange about a kid with good grades and a loving family dissapearring. After three moths if he was abducted the body would of been found down a river or something. The kids parents didnt get a ransom notice. So, the only probable thing is this kid knew what was going on and was getting drunk to get the jitters to go away. I cant say where he was going but someone needs to check bank accounts and his history for web browsing. There is a call log for the phone so why not call who he was calling when the last person who saw him said he was making these phone calls. Also, the xtc idea is a little lame. Who would go out by themselves and take xtc just to sit at a bar? Your not even able to get drunk so the idea is out the window. Also gorgia is known for dissaprearances look up the past losses. Most of them were found in weeks or never found. I guess what i am saying is i give my remorse, but the only way you will see your child again is if he wants the 50g's.

I was a student at brookwood highschool. As a matter of fact I know several people who are close to Justin, I have a very good idea that Justin left the cllub extremley messed up. I believe he left either in a fit ( from not being able to get a ride) and was pickedup by someone ( who the average person would not be getting a ride from unless that person was extremley intoxicated. I believe this was a random unlucky moment for Justin. ( kind of like the girl who was obducted by michael hilton) I would consider surveillance around wild bills and the houses near the area. You never know he could compounded in some guys basement or some crap. This kind of stuff makes me sick to think of all the people the kids that brookwood has seen come and with great expectations leave with nothing left but remorse.

Good kids do stupid things all the time, that's part of growing up... Just because he made a few bad decisions like having a fake ID and drinking underage doesn't make him a BAD person. Nobody's perfect! I'm a college student and on the president's list but - ME - just like all of my peers has to get away at some point in time.. Some people do that by going out, others turn to family, and some people even turn to drugs. I go out sometimes and I drink occasionally, does that make me such a bad person?

As for people saying it's strange that he didn't take his wallet or anything with him, being that I'm only 18 myself and goto bars frequently.. MAJORITY of the people (both guys and girls) I goto bars with don't take their wallets or purses. We take money and our IDS - usually we put them in our back pockets. There's nothing strange about that!

I was a year ahead of Justin. Graduated from Brookwood high o6. It has been almost 11 months and I think someone should let their parents know that Justin is dead and they should be lucky in simply finding his remains and giving him a proper burial. I mean, come on, how long could he have survived with little money and by himself for almost a year? Again I could be wrong. I also have 2 more hypotheses. First they should also check all the jails to see if he's not locked up under a false name. Mind you he was carrying a couple of fake ids and that he had a court date due for a DUI arrest. Second theory is that a couple of gay guys took him and quite possibly "had fun aka raped" and eventually killed him. I mean the add says he was attractive/ muscular. Lastly you guys should Google Smiley faced murders and see the known information about this group of serial killers that targets white male college students.
