I just have to say this, mainly because I have thought it for months now...YOU MOVE, START ANEW, REARRANGE, COMBINE WAY TOO MUCH! There. I feel better. Steve, I love ya, but it is hard to keep up with what you have going on where.

Saavy, you're confused about the nature of this post. I understand what you're saying, mind you, as it applies to things I've done in the past -- but would you re-read what I wrote?
I'm simply saying -- I have a site sitting there at the moment that isn't in use. How do you all think I should use it?
There's no need to "follow" me anywhere. I'm staying here. I'm not even changing the layout to this blog. I simply want ideas as to what to do with a perfectly good site that already has a lot of content but otherwise isn't being used. I'm not making any changes here.
That's different than saying "I'm going over there, now." I'm not saying that. If I was, you'd be right.
Please tell me I've cleared that up.

Steve,
I think using TrueCrimeMagazine as a respository for the best works by you or your contributors is a great idea. It would bring together the very best selections and give people a place to easily find and reference the top works. Since you own the space why not put it to good use? If in the future your time allows you to once again add to the site you can always modify the plan.
I'm one of those people who have occasionally clicked on TrueCrimeMagazine just to see if you had put anything new out there. Call it habit or just a desire to read your work. Hope my little opinion helps!

Steve, without fully comprehending the mechanics of what you do, here is my humble opinion. You do not need duplicate information on two sites. I would link each site with a statment that directs any new visitors to what they are going to find at the other site. For instance, I would place a link on this site to the "TrueCrimeMagazine" site as "a site of archived cases that you might find interesting". You get the idea. And then on the TrueCrimeMagazine site, I would link THIS site, as "a site for discussion of current crimes". I hope I am making sense, and that my spelling is better tonight???

I think that ONE archived site, would be great. I still have multiple links for you, even after you wrote that post telling exactly where you were currently writing. But I'd love to have one site where I could view everything you've written. Don't know if that would be redundant or not. I'm not sure that there is a need to highlight other contributors, unless you'll be paring down this site at some point.

Steve, I'm with Saavy and Soobs here....I've donated to you in the past because I love your work, but I've struggled to keep up with you too. I bookmark your sites, only to find one day they are dead or frozen, or you have once again decided to rearrange your online garage.
I found you again today, and here you are YET AGAIN talking about rearranging things!
Pick a site and go with it....and KEEP it!
Love from your friend Sue

If you feel the need to move things around every once in a while Steve, shift things to different URL's, or redefine your different sites, your loyal readers will find you won't mind.
Just keep doing what you do best: write.

Steve,
I do understand what your post said. I did read it. I was more making a general statement about all the moving and rearranging you do. I just get confused and I am a loyal reader, have been for several years. I can't imagine how one would keep up if they were an occasional drop-in reader.
