I could be wrong but I recall Duncan's first attack as a teen also involving tying his victim to a tree. Even if not, there are striking similarities between the two. Chilling.

I lived in Long Beach at the time this was happening. It was a real scary time. Long Beach was a very quiet neighborhood. where you wouldnt lock you doors at night. You never heard of things like this happening.
