JD, I dont speak for Steve, but pimpin is also slang for other things, and I dont think you should be putting your pet peeves on other people.

It does not just mean pimping girls out for sex.

it is not just me who understand the meaning of this word. where did it come from? what costumes do people wear when they dress as pimps?

i did not "pimp" my site. the word that you might be looking for is "plug". but that is not what i was doing -- i was offering documentation of my view and if you had followed the link and read the article you would know exactly what i am talking about and how offensive this word and your attitude are.
