As I've said in a number of threads, Bush's legacy will be an armory, and it will cost America an armory and a legacy.

As far as I can tell, Bush has one real message to the American people: "As long as I have the veto, you cannot ignore me." That's it. That's the sum total of his public message: like an unpleasant small child, he demands attention.

Cheney is a different matter...
