Gravatar I know that it's derivative...But it's Science fiction... Of COURSE it's derivative.

Funny though.

Gravatar Okay, looking through the blog this post struck me as extremely funny:

July 23rd: "... Also, I still don't have a plot, but that's okay; I've always felt plot to be a bourgeous luxury."

Hrm, I may have to check him out.

As an aside, I think all authors should have blogs. It keeps us aware that they're human beings.

I didn't truly understand that until I met Jodie Lynn Nye.

Gravatar Tee hee...

N8... You have NO idea. Steve Brust may just be the most "bizzare" author on earth. At least, most bizzare "living" author.

You should check him out... Start with Jhereg. It's the first in his "Vlad Taltos" series of books. It's not the most "strange" story that Brust tells, but it's a good start.

Then... If you tire of "fantasy" based fiction... A Brust-ian Science Fiction novel: Cowboy Fengs Space Bar and Grill is a truly 'twisty' book about a restaurant shooting through space and time ahead of atomic warfare through some "unknown agencies" powers. THIS book is strange. And with a really fun twist at the end.

Smiles,
T
