Hi Rick,
Thanks for your blog - and your great feedback. I'm honoured!
I do in fact agree with all your comments - I too would have loved if my BRAND sense book would have appeal to several senses. In fact the original idea was for the book to include a smell - however my publisher turned it down. And regarding the design - I again agree with you. What you might not know is that the BRAND sense book already at this stage exists in 30 different versions (many with different book jackets – and different languages) - unfortunately this is out of my control as each local publisher runs with their design. I guess these are the realities of today’s publishing – and an issue I’m constantly trying to change.
So in short - I couldn't agree with you more - however I don't hope this compromises your view on what's inside the book - the content, my ideas, the research and stories - which hopefully all will help to change the world of branding.
Thanks for your ongoing support - I really

Martin,
The honor, sir, is mine. Thank you for helping me tweak my thinking enough to formulate the critique. And thank you for providing the feedback. I was pretty sure that you had already tried to go down this path, in some fashion, anyway.
I remain a fan and evangelist of the book and its concepts. Everyone, not just marketing-types, should read it.
Thanks, again. Please keep up the good work.
