Gravatar Thanks for the link man! I tried to tell the "other side" of the story since everyone seems to be saying "web 2.0" is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Gravatar Mike,

Glad the link-love was well received. I really appreciate your taking the time to stop by and comment.

There's definite hint of 1998 out there, right now, with the Web 2.0 hype reaching mythic proportions. Proportions, I'm afraid, that may eclipse the initial release.

At least some of us have the "grain of salt" with which to take it.

On a tangential note, best of luck with 9rules. (For any of you not familiar with 9rules... head there now. You won't be sorry.)

Take care,
Rick

Gravatar Thanks again Rick, we're working hard to make 9rules cool, so be on the look-out for 9rules.com v2.0 coming in the next few weeks

Super web 2.0!

Gravatar Viva la 2.0!

Ouch. I think I pulled something.

Gravatar "Apparently, "networks of bloggers" like 9rules and b5 weren't Web 2.0 enough..."

I am SO getting a refund on my membership fee. Not that I'll *ever* recover from the initiation rituals...

And I think you have me beat on how many times you can use "Web 2.0" in a single post, by 22.7863%. Not that I'm counting.

Gravatar Kathy,

Curses! Leave it to you to call me on my true intention: using Web 2.0 more than anyone.

That will teach me to trackback all you insightful intelligent types.

Web 2.0, Web 2.0, Web 2.0.

Web 2.0,
Rick

P.S. Web 2.0

Gravatar i am writing about a lot of web 2.0 applications in my blog:
http://wwwhatsnew.blogspot.com

do you think all these auto-named web 2.0 sites are really web 2.0? how can i know it?
