Rick: This is a great preso. And, because I know you and your style, I have the awesome benefit of being able to imagine you delivering it. I would've loved to have been there. Consider publishing an e-book. I'd buy it.

Rik: Thanks for the kind words. They're greatly appreciated.
As far as tying product features to brand signals, my position was that the usability of the product is a huge brand signal for people. Google is simple and it gets you what you want. Huge signal there. The Apple iPod feature set is intuitive and easy to use. It's technology that doesn't make you feel like an idiot. Even better, it makes you feel cool and powerful--an entire music library at your command.
mitsui: I'd love to come to Spain. Can I crash on your couch?
