Can I enter too? I was just mentioning to my dh that I need a new address book, and I have a fondness for pretty notecards. I can see the writing book being a great resource for all of us, kids included. Thanks for offering it to some lucky someone!

You know, I'm the only one I know who writes hand written letters! Except my mother in law! I've been trying to stay on top of my kids when I send a letter to her, to at least sign a thank you card! I write for selfish reasons though, because I like to get something besides bills, and because I don't want to lose my writing skills, somehow email has made me the Queen of Run on Sentences. This is a neat idea plus well, just a fun one hu?

What a great idea! I'm addicted to stationary. It's like a hobby for me to collect notecards and such for a good handwritten note. In fact, I just joined my church's card ministry.

I too, am a writer. I still think thank you notes should be hand written, and "just to say hello" notes are more meaningful via the snail mail than e-mail.

I'm glad to see that I'm not alone in valuing a handwritten letter. In fact, I just made my children write (not email) thank you notes the other day. Yes, the trauma was great, but they survived.

I love getting a hand-written letter For my birthday I bought stationary that is shaped like the Nancy Drew books. Each piece is a different book cover. So far I haven't written one letter on it yet. I think I shall do that after finishing this comment.

Going to the mailbox is still one of my greatest pleasures...my inbox being the second I continue to try to instill in my children the power of the pen and I love leaving lunchbox notes and mailing them cards for no occasion at all!
