The reason that it isn't yet on my site is that I am having some technical difficulties getting it on. That is the same reason I haven't updated the site.

Do you know the difference between a lighting rod and a lightning rod?
My lighting rod is actually my "remote bishul-Yisroel machine"

Thanks, very funny. But the readers would like to know more about your machine. I read about it on the web.

As you are aware there are many kosher processors that are operating a kosher certified facility with a Rabbinical rep. doing periodic inspections. One problem remains to deal with "Bishul-Yisroel". I designed a machine that is installed at the manufacturing site hooked up to the boiler/ovens etc.
By phone the Mashgiach will comunicate with the machine to turn it on. The plant actiates their normal procedures for the boiler/ovens but nothing happens till the Mashgiach remotely starts it.
I sat with the revered Harav Shlomo Zalmen Auerbach Ob"m who was an expert in electrical controls do review the design of the circuitry. His response was "it is exacly like turning on the boiler/oven switch, and of course a computer or time clock would be unacceptable for bishul yisroel. I also explained the workings to Rav Shmuel Wosner, who relied on the design on Reb Shlomo Zalman's opinion.

I am a Rov and also a shochet that spent three days at Rubashkin inspecting the plant being a shochet I understand these issues and know what to look for and I found that everything Yudel shain writes here is either misrepresentations or Sheker
