I think this explains why although the given number was 600, I think it means 600 at any given time, which would mean tens of thousands of tourists throughout the year.

Personally, I don't see the number of shlukhim in Thailand as an issue – unless more are needed.
I still believe the issue is the disbursement of funds raised to help victims of the tsunami, and a public accounting of that disbursement.

I second Shneur's opinion and I refuse to measure Lubavitch by how efficient they are in providing meals for El Al outbound flights. This is not what Lubavitch WAS about and by that measure Thailand catering can't be considered a success and can't be particularly admired for that matter.

Lubavitch prepare the meals for El Al:Do they do it for free??It's more 'mullah' in the mullahs pockets.
And puhleaze, stop twisting Bangkok into a thirld world city, it has all the amenities of a first class city for those who can afford a western lifestyle, like our Lubavitch brethren
