what is the "protocols"? I have been looking for this. Please let me know. |
Protocols are the AGUH library trial records. I posted about it here Docket - Agudas Chabad versus Barry Gourary. It is available via court requests but I am not certain if it was published. |
Atlas, I can only speak from my own experience of the library being open & friendly place. It can also testify that Rabbi Berel Levin seems to be a consummate professional, an ish emmes, as well as a very helpful nice guy. I think you do yourself a disservice by choosing to from your opinions based not on an easily verifiable physical reality, but rather on someone else’s experience of it. In this case you did a further disservice to the quality of the discussion not to have mentioned the origin of your opinion. (The latter was, obviously, corrected by your post, but perhaps you can give this critique consideration in the future.) |

The short snipits of the what transpired at the court are of no value. I want the acutal protocols. Is that published anywhere. Also did you publish the two wills of the Rebbe yet? |
Dear Anonymous, could you pick a name please so we can tell you from the other anons. Thanks. |
This obsession with the Rebbe's wills is white noise. Whatever the Rebbe's true desire was regarding who should lead the corporations, is not going to have any impact on the current legal structure, absent a signed will. And to accuse the Rebbe of such a gross lack of foresight as to not anticipate the current situation is not consistent with the Ruach Hakodesh he demonstrated regarding so many other matters. |
Just because the current structre is the way it is, does not mean that it was supposed to be that way. Maybe becuase of the fact that those in charge are not supposed to be there, there is such chaos. |
I dont think this runs contrary to what i wrote before. |

The library. Rabbi Levin and his co workers have done an excellent job in basically making a collection of books owned by private pople into a serious library. |
