This i a serious issue. But I wonder what we s spectators can contribute to it.
There are many componenets to it. 1. Marriage age. 2. Manner of meeting people. 3. halachah. These are serious matters and I doubt we can resolve them here.

These are issues that are best discussed in private, at least from the clasical Judaic perspective.
I also believe that individual situations etc are critical in a rabbinic sanction to any sort of such issues, if there be any rabbinic action.
