Note, in this filing the claimants refer to the bochurim who raised thousands of dollars and replaced a demaged plaque ( which Aguch ignored for 9 years showing 770 clearly is not their property http://www.chabad.info/index.php...icle_en& id=3694 ) on the wall of 770 containing titles which contradict the halocha http://www.chabad.info/index.php...icle_en& id=3694 (as follows from the Rebbe's holy words) with the one bearing titles halachikly aplicable to the Rebbe at this point "Rebbe King Moshiach Shlit"a" (pictures of both plaques are found here http://www.col.org.il/show_news.asp?7935 )
PS:What am I hoping for anyway did I realy think they were going to write "We the band of hoodlums , rashoim, usurpers the power in Chabad,rebels against the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlit"a want to use the secular court system (against halocha again) to prosecute people faithfull to the our Rebbe King Moshiach Shlit"a.
PPS:Berl Haskelevich pointed out to me that the Rebbe said that goim will decide the future of Eretz Yisroel and return it's proper owners and 770 (like all Shules) is also part of Eretz Yisroel which is why the situation has developed this way...
