I realize that I am exposing my ignorance here... but can someone explain the message/significance of this drawing?

It's obvious that the eagle is the United Stated which is blessed by G-d as evidenced by the crown and the aura. The animal on the boat however is not a wolf but rather a sly fox that represents the Jews who plot daily to overthrow the eagle. Simple!

"Yordei Hayam Baonios Oseh Malacha Bamayim rabim.."
How 'bout this:
The wolfe in the boat are us bloggers.
The water is the blog - as it says above: "cast me forth into the sea, so shall the sea be calm unto you" (which is a quote that makes me feel right at home here, Reb Tzemach)
The Eagle is our host, Grand Rabbi Atlas.
And the Globe is (the version of ;-) )the truth that TA is defending.
