There aren't many pix of unarmed Jews beating helmeted riot-policemen for the same reason that there aren't many pix of Martians wearing tfillin - it doesn't happen that much!

Besides, your question is like: Why aren't there any pix of how the victim was just begging to be robbed....? Does every conflict HAVE to have 2 guilty parties???? Can't a victim be blameless????
