And his letter printed here can easily be considered to be defamatory. He cobbles together half truths and skews the picture. The AG's report found no criminal wrongdoing. The AG did not have any evidence that would cause him to file a criminal complaint.
Read the AG's report. Singer comes out much better there than in the Liebler propaganda screeds in every area including money to be "repaid."
I do not believe Liebler will look good in court, and he may very well lose. If he does, that should end his public career, once and for all.
Hmm. Why'd you take the post down, Tzemach? Leibler was afraid that his defamatory rantings would be used as evidence against him in the case? You didn't do him any favors by publishing them, did you. Not to worry, screenshots do wonders. Thanks for providing this key evidence. I will forward to the interested parties.
