Rolls Royce! How are they trying to impress? What's wrong with a Renault 2-stroke engine?? Still it was Air France that took the unscheduled flight to Nairobi, Uganda with PLO navigation in 1975. Some of us have long memories of La France.

TA; I remember you mentioned André Citroën. I even like his automotive products and never compared them to lemons (or even esrogim). But I still rather fly in a Boeing than an AirBus.
