a judge can't change anything. it's not the plaque, it's the whole conduct of the shul and the rediculious signs that dont' belong in a shul regardless of which side you're on. If K & Co. want to take the shul back, they better start davenning there on a regular basis. They walked away like wimps in 5754 and now they have a fight on their hands. OK, lets lay this down straight and fair:
K has the POWER - legally - to do what he wants with the mishechists. Now, the only thing preventing him (or inciting him) to do or not do anything is an array of reasons; would YK benefit if he were to evict the mishechisten? the mass influx of superficial opposition to the tzfatim and mishechists movements are almost entirely credited to the extremism of the degenerative tzfatim, who are proving everyone wrong, through fights and excessively annoying dancing.
people like action - this is why they were rooting for the tzfatim - as opposed to "depressed detroiters" and people who would put a restraint on yechi and moshiach AKA "antis" the major influx was only spiked as a lesser of the two evils, in which people needed something to make them feel good, i.e. an alternative rebbeist culture.
once the in your face attitude will fade away, most people will begin to recognize the faults of the anti movement, thereby empowering the 90's "Rightist" movement, which is krinsky's worst enemy. just speculating (don't call me an idiot again)
There is no doubt that the meshichist phenomenon has been greatly weakened by the tzfatim. And in that sense, the tzfatim do serve a purpose for K&Co.
and also, kicking the tzfatim from 770 won't do anything except make the moderate lubavitcher mad at krinsky, reiterating the wheel.
the only solution to this problem is the informational and theological warfare against tsfatism, and ultimately, superficial rebbeism - the antis have the tzfatim - to a moderate degree - known as 'detroiters' but since their origin is mainly american and ashkenazik, they have not been able to get too far with any craze; but many israelis are tagging along that movement - so watch out.
this all depends, of course, what K really wants to do. i am certain that S would want to remove the tzfatim, but he doesn't have the final word. and kicking the tzfatim from 770 would certainly make a good message for PR, but would damage the movement like a boomerang heading back in the same direction with added velocity, as explained above.
Ideas and passions are what need to be dealt with and are not contained by any geographical location. Repress them enough, and the yellowistin will just go underground causing even more rot from below. Fight erroneous dangerous ideologies with good education. The yellowistin are not just in need of Torah learning, but they are also lacking a proper moral education. Their intense anger also should be addressed as it all probably stems from the ways in which many of these frum guys are raised and the chinuch they are exposed to.
To add, many of the yellowistin were probably raised in dysfunctional environmnets and that is why they are attracted to wacky ideas. Their mashpiam should also be taken to task

just because someone is flawed does not mean they should go around bashing everybody that has a different opinion then them
tsfatim were planted by YK & Co, just as Jesus' apostles were planted by the Rabbis - to clearly marginalize the threat to authentic judaism and separate from them
