If this is true , its a bizayon. Rebbetzin Heschel Gurary could have been the greatest zadekes , but who sold her the plot. The plot was sold for Chana Gourary and guess who purchased these plots ? Yes the founder of the Chevra Rabbi Joseph I. Schneersohn.

There is no room for another place between Chava Gurary and Rebbetzin Nechama Dinah.

Between Rebbetzin Nechama Dina and Yehudis Schneerson Butman there was a one and a half lot-space. Chana Gourary was supposed to be buried next her mother, leaving a half space between her and Yehudis Butman. What they did now is bury Chava Gurary right next to Yehudis Butman leaving a half space between her and Rebbetzin Nechama Dina, leaving no room for an extra Matzeiva to be in between.

Reb Zalman Gurary bought many lots in the Aguch Chelka, including some in close proximty to the Rabaniyos. The lot and half in question was empty and as Schneur said the issue is "tam venishlam becol hooffanim".
At the moment Aguch owns it, so it was and is their right to assign it to Mrs. Heschel Gurary a'h.

Wow ! Hold your horses ! If the rebbe Rabbi JI Schnersohn bought it for his family and Chana Gourary held the ticket for the plot (which I saw) how does that mean that Aguch owns the plot. The plot belongs to Chana Gourary or to her yorshim . (Barry's daughters could be yorshim or I guess other close relatives) But how does the karka revert to Aguch.
Friends in the alte heim , karke was a serious matter, it was not something that you took away .
summarily. To paraphrase a great rebbe , playing with karke was like playing with bombs.
Furthermore if the talk of Chana being transfered to this plot was not hot air , how could Zalman Gurary have purchased it. Clearly Lipskar and the Gabbai LG both tried to have Channa transfered to Old Montefiore , Now I am wondering was she to be buried in Lot B ? Was that the plan ?
