What is going on is that TT has knowingly employed a child molester as a rebbe for over 20 years. They have survived accusations by intimidating victims.
A few brave victims have decided that enough is enough and have decided to come out and testify.
TT has been summoned to a Bais din to answer to them.

Totah Temomah was once considered the top Bnai Torah school in Flatbush. It was the Groton or Choate of teh Charedi community there. In recent times for some reason its luster has worn off.
Molestation is a serious problem in the charedi communty, and few rabbis are willig to tackle this issue. Silence is golden is the usual policy.
As even Charedi parents become more self acctuated and sophisticated , they are no longer willing to suffer for kavod Hatorah of seriously sick rebbeim.
Lets hope child molestation is finally eradicated from our schools.

People are making arrangements to take their kids out of TT next year. hundreds of kids will be leaving, the big boss doesn't know it yet.
What a sad state of affairs. Eli Greenwald, a courageous yachid, understands the need to publicly express the truth that our rabonim and organizations are hiding. Our rabonim and organizations, who we pay to represent the kahal, understand only the threat to their existence. They completely disregard the ongoing danger to our children and the absolute travesty of justice being perpetrated daily. Do they not believe in an ultimate din v’cheshban?
Just got the update from some of my friends that got back from TOMO for Pesach.
TOMO quietly launched an investigation into alleged male-male sexual activity and sexual abuse in and around the yeshiva.
So far no announcements or public comments have been made by Meisalman.
Apparently one morning they confiscated all the colored boxers in the dorm during Seder.
It sound ridiculous but it’s entirely true. One of my friends, that only wears Joe Boxer’s, had to purchase Israeli nylon boxers after Meisalman took away all his underwear.
The raid is, supposedly they were kicking around the idea of forcing the guys to wear sweat pants in and around the dorms and while sleeping.
One consequence of the dorm searches is that they found a few John Grisham book's lying around and launched an immediate Gestapo style interrogation of the entire yeshiva. After being ratted out, three boys were told not to come back after Pesach.
A fourth boy was expelled for circulating information that was on this blog.
He to was ratted out.
From what I hear Meisalman believes the allegations must have been circulated by another less successful yeshiva to besmirch TOMOs reputation.
The members of the faculty accused of abuse still remain in position.
If I learn anything new, I will post it.
The reliable word from Philadelphia is that R' Shmuel Kaminetsky has given up on Margulies. He has advised and urged the plaintiffs to go to court.

What is the Jewish community waiting for? Why isn't everyone demonstrating outside Yeshiva Torah Temimah demanding at least an investigation if not the immediate dismissal of this Rabbi Kolko, pending a full investigation.
In halacha a child molester is a Rodef and one must do everything to rid oneself of such a person. Why is he therefore still in the Yeshiva and why is he in close daily contact with young boys?
Why is there a cover-up?
Robosai, young Yiddeshe children have been destroyed, emotionally murdered, their souls to suffer pain and anguish for the rest of their lives - what are you all waiting for?
Where is our supposed leadership?

There are 3 aveiros that you must die before being over; Shvechas Domim, Giluy arayos and avodah zara. If these rebbes were secretly teaching these kids to believe in J3S*S how long would they, how much publicity would the hanholah make to show them being kicked out and forever ostracized. child molestation (part of giluy arayos) is no different. if they believed in Torah they would take the proper steps without outside pressure.

One think I don't get: if kids are molested and parents know it, why on the earth don't they call the police? - if they don't want to take things into their own hand?

If you dont play the game like those rashei yeshivos play to be tzadikim you get kicked out.
In order to survive in the yeshivah or your kids to stay in Yeshivah you have to act out the part, act yeshivaish, if not your kid will not beable to go to thier mesivtah,
Its about time that the parents should start demanding chainges to the Yeshivah leadership.
first aof all bring in social workers and therepist into every yeshivah, we sure pay enough, second of all screen all the rebbies to make sure there are no melestors. third of all we should shun and demostrate in fromt of any yeshivah that does not exept children into thier mesivta for the vey reason that they are not so good students, make sure every yeshivah hs resorse room and helps the weaker4 student not kick them out.
and demend that the Yeshivah should go according to the Chazon Ish who forbid kicking a kid out of the Yeshivah he said it is like putting him out to death, and he was right.
no more should we parents and children livethrough the abuse of the menahalim, no more should we ignore cries for help from kids and parents, if a kid says he was melested it should be investigated till the truth comes out...

Any normal Menahel when hearing a complaint of a child about a rebbi abuse especially molestation , should immediatly do an investigaition and expell the teacher till he knows the truth,
now rabbi Margolis is going to pay a very deep price for his part in this whole story and for hiding the truth all these years, and for letting a dangirious child molestor be a rebbi in his school and exposing him to all these inosent kids. If i were a parent in
torah temimah i would not hasitate and look for another yeshivah for my kids,
If this is all true i hope that torah temimah falls so that they will learn there lesson and other yeshivahs will open up to the problem
in our yeshivah world.
Rabbi kolko will for sure be punished here and in the shomaim for his awful deeds

I dont have a lot of time now to explain why anyone who spoke out against rabbi kolko is wrong but one thing i can tell you is that just look at which side felt the need to use foul words. those against him were talking like the lowest people in the street and they are the ones telling people to watch out for the rabbis while meanwhile its those rabbis who are keeping this world up. its a fact that as soon as you feel a need to call names like most of you did it means you realize that you lost the arguement and you have to resort to name calling just to help yourself save face. and just think how fast you would want people to believe such a thing about you or your father. and now that the courts let him off how do you feel. i can tell you that if rabbi kolko were to return as a rebbe i would put my kids in his class in a second. you should all ask him forgiveness because the punishment for being motzei laaz on a person especialy on such a grand scale is bigger then any of you can or want to imagine.
the fact that rabbi margolis Dealt with the whole story the way he did shows that the courts were right in letting off rabbi kolko because there are very few people out there that are as smart as rabbi margolis Or better in business And if he definately was able to think ahead and realize that if it was even possibaly true then he would have lost students. that being the case he would have fired rabbi kolko Right away.
