Gravatar What kind of lame double talk coming from Leibler (btw, I am bewildered by you becoming his voice in the blogosphere).

Leibler puts on a sob story about lamenting the attention this will receive in the media, yet he takes pains to translate the document, circulate it with yet another email and keep the whole thing going. If Leibler sends them the email and the translations, do you think the Jewish Week and the Forward will leave this alone? Of course not. He sends it to them, and they will write about it. Had he not sent it around, they would not write about it.

Do you think the Jewish Week and the Forward would have on their own, gone into the Israeli court system and pulled up Leibler’s lengthy filing, translated it and then done a story? Let’s be truthful, the only people lazier than Jpub print journalists are jbloggers.

Had Leibler actually wanted this whole thing to go away, why not just sit back, shut up and gloat over his self-proclaimed victory?

The answer to this question can be found in his unrelenting vilification of the WJC and specifically in his moving to attack Singer's position in the claims conference. One could say, Leibler tried for months to get Singer out of the WJC in the same way Leibler himself was thrown out. He tried this through the media and the AG. Since Singer is still around, he is moving from attacking him in the WJC, to attacking him in the claims conference. Now Does this not strike you a person vendetta?

It’s just so plain lame. Everyone in this, especially the principals and cheerleaders on both sides should just get a life and move on.

Gravatar Liebler obviously won't give up no matter how many investigations or audits seems to prove otherwise.
