A while back COL linked to ebay selling an AR Shulchan Aruch printed in Stettin in 1864. Most serious or semi/srious collectors will tell you it's not worth more that $30-$50 per volume, it sold for $300. I was someone would do the same for the items I auction;-). So while yo may be doing a service to the memory of ND, I don't think it's much of a collectors item.

On the topic of letters, the last volume 27, of igros Kodesh has a letter written to Chaim Grady
(sorry, didn't read it all the way through) as well as an interesting assortment of letter in Russian written to the newly arrived olim in 1971-72.
