This account is already vastly much more detailed than the hysterical but vague reports in the MSM. As I said in my earlier comment, "some people may indeed have gone into a cyber cafe to stop their Hareidi neighbors from using the 'net".

There are a number of cyber cafes in that part of town. For whatever reason, they tend to be run by Russians and they tend to have a sleazy air about them. Some are downright seedy. And Chareidi guys are often to be seen there.

Maybe they are reading Mentalblog on the sly? :-)

I wansn't there at that moment. Within 30 minutes of the incident I was there and I saw all the damage.
