TA - for the sake of going on record in documenting the development of Mr. Miller, could you articulate what exactly left you with such a bad "tam"? I know he's playing sleazy venues, but I know other erlicher Yidden who earn their daily bread in seedy places. (Obviously, I'm not comparing the two, but...) I'm not so interested in how nasty the environment was but rather, how is Matis? Has he lost his eidelkeit?

I don’t care for the cap but I do care to be uplifted by the music and the beat leaves me cold. This is my main problem, there is no music.

Look I can't judge his eidelkite. I know that he didn’t have time to develop (inside) and I know that he is representing a dead ideology. But who am I to judge his eidelkite.
I can say that there is this kid Akiva who is his tour manager. He looked like a nice Jewish boy 1.5 years ago and last Thursday I was shocked to see him as a punk.
I disagree wholeheartedly with TA's assesment. I foung the music to be uplifting. I found my Jewish Pride being awakened. The vibe of the music resonated with me. In addition, I spoke to frei relatives who attended and it moved them in a "Jewish" way. I think TA just doesn't relate to this slightly alternative crowd.
