OK.
TA is suggesting that I answer the question, "What is it?".
Firstly I need to clarify what the "it" is in the question of "What?".

The object that is seen in the beautiful photos that TA took and put up on his blog is an "ART" object.
Traditionaly called a sculpture and or an assemblage.
I am a working artist of 40 years, both producing thousands of objects and teaching.
This particular work is the newest of a series begun 5 1/2 years ago.
In this current series there are 13 constructed wooden pieces and approximately 100 paintings.

Philisophically, this work has to do more with PROCESS than final object. The end result is a culmination thoughts, visions, concepts,and aesthetic decisions.
I hope that this opens the multitude of options which may help to define the term, "it".

Wow! big project! colorful, playful, seemingly joyful...

I cannot determine from the series of photos whether the work hangs together as a whole...

It seems almost monumental in its process and exploratative process...
now tell me: what is its focus, source of inspiration or application beyond the 'process'?

Hey,
Thanks for responding.
I hope that this means that you are much better.
It is together now. And yes, big, playful, and fun.
The focus is to DO. To act directly, and to TRUST my ability to bring many experiences together as a complete whole. The inspiration is the One above, to give thanks for my gift and the ability to share it with the world.
When it is finished I will make a formal documentation.
