The woman with the cigarette is one of the lawyers on the case, a very prominent one I might add, her name just slips my mind. Im sure its written in one of those previously documented papers that were submitted to the court quite a while back.
i don't think she is very prominent. if i am right and this is her, her name is Veronica Irina, i assume that she got involved because she is Kogan's relative.

The Rebbe never wrote shlita. At a farbrengen once in 1950 the rebbe reffered to the FR as der rebbe zol gezunt zain.
