I guess all those Shnor campaigns run by Gedolim in Israel for the poor are also diverting badly needed funds from New York. Just ask Tomchei Shabbos.

I have not problem if people from Dnepropetrovsk fundraise in Boston, this is their right. My beef with CJP, a federation that has as its task support of the Jewish education in Boston and instead takes that money and sends away. This is in the context of CJP’s neglect of Jewish education in Boston.
Now get lost Tzig, you are a terminal moron. Do not comment here again. A gutten kvitel, go away!

In my humble opinion, ignorant of more complex architectural knowledge, The designs by the Kosel fit in with the general mizrachi/modern israel architecture you'll find in most shul's (and many institutions) in Israel. Coming from America the designs feel very out of place for a shul not to mention the kosel hamaaravi.
I don't know what you're referring to about dnepropetovsk in Boston but, judging by the comments, i assume it refers to their collecting there at the detriment of local institutions. This is a particularly potent point; one which i hope you will find time to discuss at length. The various flyers i receive every week in the chareidi papers and the posters always hanging on the shul bulletin boards collecting for dozens of charities in Israel really get me upset. Charity is: family first then community etc.
