Why not build a 770 in the Vatican as well. Perhaps the Rosh hamedinah in Italy could send a chashuve shliach there as the rep to the Heilike tate. Wait they could even reprint the Tanya there (I am kidding of course).
Speaking of balconies, many rebbes like to have balconies so they can review their flock on Motzei Yintev. Unfortunetely 770 did not have this feature .
But perhpas rav Gershon Mendel can improve on the rebbe in this aspect.
