We have here in Dallas a Russian Ba'al Teshuva, not the capote wearing but the Shomer Shabbos etc. Everyone loves him, always telling a joke.... a special soul...
The worst of the worst is the Litvishe Russian Baal Teshuva's they are almost as bad as the Sefardic Misnagdim.

What you say about russians being robotic is totaly un-true. Where i live in Brighton Beach we have a whole community of Russian Jews. They are real humanes who are alive and are emotional. True they are made out of alot rougher material but they know how to enjoy life much more than the avrage american!! Besides talking about being cold americans are alot colder and more robotic in every way!!
Americans are polite but its all bull-shit, with a russian you know exactly where you stand!!!!
