Isn't this analogous to the case of the New York Times reporter who fabricated so-called news? NYT's editor "retired" over that scandal. Whoever had editorial responsibility for this story should be confronted with the facts.

Media types are always looking for something to get excited about. They were probably disappointed that the school bus didn't turn out to be a backyard meth lab.
