In the Mel Brooks movie, Silent Movie, the wall of the executive washroom of the evil conglomerate, Engulf & Western, was engraved with the slogan, "Our toilets are nicer than most peoples homes." So too here "Our prisons are nicer than most people's homes," aptly applies. I am thinking of committing a major crime in Germany but I am afraid that this is just a beta version.
