I'm not defending Rubashkin. The guy gives me the creeps. I would love to boycott his products: How many federal laws can he violate b'yad rama without community repercussions!?

But why are they picking on him? Whole corporations and industries are stacked with illegal workers and the Feds do nothing. Selective enforcement of widely ignored laws is a sign of government corruption. That's how the corrupt Israeli establishment silences its opponents: Kahane, Feiglin, Deri etc.

(I'm not complaining about illegal workers either. I think they are a natural and desirable consequence of an union-induced overpriced labor market.)

It's GREAT that the country is finally doing something about the illegals here. Now there are job availabilites for americans and LEGAL immigrants!
