I heard Dr. Edelman from Shaarei Tzedek explain the case on the radio. Unfortunately the hospital erred by declaring the baby dead. Small premies breathe very infrequently, like every 20 minutes, and the staff did not wait long enough. And it's known that cooling can help early premies. Sadly the baby did not survive.
