Basically looks and sounds like an infomercial that hired him to hum and haw and hold up a sign with moving and changing red letters for saving "Burma"...unless he is also retroactively also criticizing Chabad for being and acting like a "military dictatorship"? Who knows, but one thing is for sure, he is in a different "place" than he used to be!
