I love how Alle charges the MOST for its products yet pays the least for labor. At least Agri passed some of the savings on to the consumer...
the chart shows only the minimum wage, it says nothing about the average cost of labor. it is therefore impossible to infer from it the wage expense included in a pound of beef you buy.
as to the "savings to consumer": price of kosher meat is determined by the market. and from whatever i hear from people who know meat, Agri's tactics to stifle competition does not help the consumer of kosher meat at all.
Better pay the workers a decent wage and prevent chilul hashem then give us a price break.

why paying a LEGAL wage is chillul hashem is beyond me. also, why equal Rubashkin and Chabad? both, pro (Hirshel) and anti (Schneur) seem to be doing precisely that. what Menorah lighting by Chabad rabbis has to do with fleish sold by the Uber-Butcher?

Your first comment already made clear your misunderstanding regarding the importance of knowing what their minimum wage is, your second comment is merely a slap in your own face.
