people like their brands. it feels safe. it's like switching away from hellmans or heinz. i dont care how much better the other mayo or ketchup may taste. when im at grocery and i see the logo, thats where im going.

also, with the different scripting langauges, some websites only work with one browser or another. my employer's internal websites only work properly with IE. which I find very annoying, as we are a company that makes web servers, for gosh sakes.

ie butchers code. Good developers test it on all browsers but hey all hate IE.
