Tzemach, the answer to your question is "no," the law does not prohibit the New Squarers from voting for Hillary. What it should prevent is electioneering from the pulpit of a house-of-worship that has tax-emept status. Something that Barack Obama has done many times, and something that was one of the many stocks-in-trade of his revered mentor Jeremiah Wright.
