The other day, a real estate agent came out to our house so that we could sign the listing agreement for our home.

Yeah for Jay's son! My 12 year-old told our bishop, when he was nine, he wanted to be a baseball playing priest. Incidentally, he thought Ben 16's former name was Rat SLINGER since he spoke of cleaning out the church.
