Urrrgh -- the biased writing in this article makes my head explode -- "marginalized" "official position" etc.

I would find it interesting if someone would have psychological testing done on them to find out what really makes them tick.
Could it be....Satan?

Julie,
Me too!
MrsDarwin,
Thank you, it was another one of those things that I found amusing, but because I'm so lame, I didn't know if anyone else would.
Scarlette,
I'm reading that with the "church lady's" voice and laughing, but I would say they surely aren't doing God's bidding, huh?

So if there were two of them we'd have a co-officiant of two?
Or is she perhaps in fact an un-officiant, since there's nothing going on to officiat at?
Or...

Very easy (& safe) to take a mocking & dismissive tone when considering something outside the 'norm'.
Hmmmmm - wasn't Jesus rather outside the 'norm' of his time?
And while you are busy proposing psychological testing - this takes time & energy & a willingness to pay attention to one's 'subject', with an open mind & no preconceived opinions.
Are you up for that?
Any thoughts about how much time, energy & personal exploration has gone into the decisions involved in this ordination & celebration?
Just wondering.....
